Our original style of session which we have been running since day one! Extremely varied & challenging workouts. Functional movements, high intensity & guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. These sessions are designed to progress any committed individual regardless of experience. Guaranteed to leave you sweating, red-faced & possibly flat on your back in exhaustion. Group size 12-16 participants.
Each day the workout will focus on a different compound movement- bench, squat, deadlifts, accompanied by a tonne of assistance work, plenty of volume & just the right amount of conditioning to make you a well-rounded bad-ass. Basically, your bread & butter strength & conditioning sessions, with the goal of building a body that's capable of practically anything and everything. Group size 12-16 participants.
Nothin' but weights baby! Utilising tried & tested strength programs specifically designed to build muscle & get strong. In-house competitions & regular testing will help keep track of progress & improve confidence. Group size 10 participants.
